I bought this to wear follwing a breast biopsy. I wasn't informed I would need to wear a sports/wireless bra for a week after, until the day of my biopsy so I hoped for the best when I ordered this bra. I ordered my usual size (38DDD), and it fit! I was looking for a bra that I didn't have to pull over my head, and the back closure was perfect . wearing something comfortable, that keeps bounce to a minimum, for light workout or following a procedure, this bra works.
Based on some of the reviews saying it ran small, I bought a 42dd (I wear a 40dd and that's what my measurements show as well) and it fit great although the band was a little large. I kept it because it felt fine and it was very comfortable to run in. It also kept everything in place. After a couple of days, I decided to get a 2nd one and opted to get the 40dd to see if it fit better and it did. The band was a perfect fit! I'd say if you are in between sizes, go with the next size up. For me, this was true to size. I also like that there is no padding or underwire but still very supportive. Being a larger bust, the last thing I want is more padding.
This bra is my new favorite. It fits well - snug but not tight. It holds the girls in place without squashing them flat or even worse, quadraboob and/or side boob. There's still some bounce when I'm active, but I'm not boobslapping myself in the face and belly. Seriously, girls (and some if you guys - you know who you are). If you have home grown megatits, get one (or five) of these. You'll be glad you did.
Its not easy finding a bra that fits when you wear a 40 G!! No side boob, covers so well and super comfortable. I'm buying more!!
I purchased this bra in 38DD. I was hesitant but because of the reviews I went ahead and purchased 1. I am getting ready to purchase another. It has more support than I expected and actually helps to relieve some back pain because of the support. A must have for women who have struggled finding the perfect fitting bra.

Let's find a bra that fits you(3 Steps)
Step 1 - Find Your Band Size
Band measurement:Find your band size by measuring the circumference under your bust. Pull to a snug fit and take that measurement.
Use this number to find your band size on the chart below.Get Band size (32-50).
Step 2 - Measure Your Bust Size
Slide the measuring tape up your back, across the shoulder blades and around the fullest part of your bust. Hold loosely without pressing into the skin.
Note this measurement. This is your bust size.
Step 3 - Find Your Cup Size
Find your cup size by subtracting your band size from your bust size. Use the difference to determine your cup size on the chart below.Get CUP Size(A-J)，
Cup size=Bust（Measure 2）-Band（Measure 1）
For Example：Bust（48In）-Band（40In）=8In，Your Bra size is 44DD
