1.Return Policy:

We offer returns on any UNWORN or defective garments purchased on Wingslove.com, if the merchandise is returned within 30 days from the original ship date.

To ensure you receive a full refund remember to:

1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

2. Try garments with a crotch on over your own clean underwear.

3. Remove jewelry before trying on lingerie. Our lingerie is made from fine and delicate fabrics, which can snag and tear easily.

4. Prevent perfume, smoke, and deodorant from damaging garments. Damaged items may not be returned.

5. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.

6. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-WINGSLOVE products.

Returns Process

Please contact us when you need to return the goods, please send an E-mail to business@wingslove.com We will inform you of the return address and the return logistics company.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

2.Refund policy

Refunds Procedure

On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 24 hours.but usually a lot quicker.

A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method. Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used.

Wingslove reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition requirements.
