Thank you for shopping with WingsLove! We are dedicated to providing high-quality lingerie and exceptional service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to Start a Return
Follow these simple steps to begin the return or refund process:
- Report the Issue: If you believe your item is faulty, incorrect, or you'd simply like to return it, please email us at service@wingslove.com within 30 days of delivery. To speed things up, please include a brief description and, if applicable, photos or a short video of the item.
- Wait for Our Reply: Our customer service team will respond to your request within 1 business day with further instructions.
- Ship Your Return: If your return is approved, please follow our instructions for shipping the item back. Once shipped, please send us the return tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you within 1 business day to process your exchange or refund.
Important Note: Please do not send your return to the address listed on your package. This is not our return address and sending it there will delay the processing of your return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description page or contact our customer service team if you have questions.
Please double-check your return package before sending. We are not responsible for the return of non-WingsLove products.
Shipping Your Return
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly write this number on the outside of the package you are returning. Please also include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1 business day. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund for you instead.
