How to Measure Your Bra Size
For the most accurate results, we recommend measuring while wearing a non-padded bra or no bra at all.
Step 1: Measure Your Band Size
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage, directly underneath your bust. Make sure the tape is level all the way around and feels snug but not tight. Round to the nearest whole number. This is your band measurement.
Step 2: Measure Your Bust Size
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, usually across the nipple line. The tape should be level and comfortably loose, not digging in. Round to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.
How to Calculate Your Cup Size
Now for the easy part! Use your two measurements to find your cup size with this simple formula:
Bust Measurement - Band Measurement = Cup Size Difference
Use the difference to find your corresponding cup size in the chart below.
